It’s been almost a week since the Olympics ended (not our longest trip down memory lane), yet I still find myself still reminiscing over my favorite moments from the games. Specifically, these two KILLA crossovers that came from Men’s Basketball. Who had the better crossover? Tony Skinn on James Harden, or Leandro Barbosa on Andres Nocioni?

You may remember Tony Skinn from the 2006 George Mason University team that inexplicably went to the Final Four. Skinn never made it to the league, so he decided to take out his frustrations on James Harden’s ankles. Broken dreams and ankles aside, perhaps the best part of this crossover was the way Harden did the splits, then got up holding his groin. Nigeria may have lost this game by 83 points, but they’ll always have this highlight.

Now this was bad. Really bad. The best parts of this highlight: 1) Barbosa drops Nocioni in crunch time of a tight game and sticks a three! 2) He made Nocioni look like a rank amateur. Some felt that by looking at this one play, you would’ve never thought Nocioni played ball, yet this guy has played in the NBA for nearly a decade. 3) Barbosa stunted on him after he made the shot (do I have this in inverse order??).

We’re leaning towards giving the nod to Barbosa, but it’s a photo finish for sure. And both rank up there as two of the top crossovers in the last 12 months.
