Cleveland MC Ponzi Skeem is back at it with the release of his latest project PEACE, a compilation or tracks that in his words (and I agree) illustrate a positive outlook on life and music making.

Much like his prior work, Ponzi Skeem’s 16 track album provides hip-hop for the soulfully inclined. Highlights include the lead single “NYE” featuring N.O.B.Y., “Flourish” featuring Ray Cash and “Lil Something Realer” featuring…Cavaliers broadcasting team Fred McLeod and Austin Carr (a nice touch of 216).

PEACE — an acronym for “Positive Energy Ascending Cleveland Entertainment” — is much needed in the streets around America, but especially for a city that has received more than its fair share of negative attention in 2013. Ponzi Skeem is doing his part to change the cynical perception of Cleveland, Ohio.
